RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Everything You Need to Know

When you purchase goods it is your responsibility to ensure you have chosen wisely. 

  1. No refund, exchange or credit will be issued on custom made to order products or non-stocked items.

  2. All other claims for refund, or exchange must be made within 21 days of receipt and accompanied by the original invoice. 

  3. Goods must be returned in original condition and preferably in original packaging.

  4. Damaged goods will not be accepted.

  5. Goods are to be returned at the customers expense.

  6. All goods returned will be subject to a manufacturers 30% restocking fee.

  7. No claims will be accepted after this time. 

We appreciate mistakes can be made. We will consider all reasonable claims.

We do not generally keep stock on hand.

  • We have an exclusive selection of door hardware products from our suppliers that we offer online.

  • If you are replacing old door furniture consult our sales team prior to ordering.

  • As most items are held by the supplying company, it is prefereable to order as needed. This helps reduce overhead costs and storage requirements.

  • We do keep sundary items like locks, hinges, latches and the like.

  • We advise that some goods may be 3 to 7 days away whilst others (international) may be 3 or more months away.

  • Many of our door handles are imported direct from Italy, United Kingdom, Spain, Japan, France, Netherlands and other international sources. These take time. Some are made to order and require additional time.

  • Goods from the Eastern States may be airfreighted or on route by truck. Allow 3 to 7 working days.

  • If delays are known we will advise you via phone or email as best we can.
